Culture, Change & Organizational Development * As a "Culture Ambassador," you actively define, maintain, and further develop our corporate values, making our identity tangible in everyday work life. * You are responsible for the Corporate Health Management (with the exception of Company Integration Management). * You are responsible for forward-looking HR projects (e.g., in the areas of digitalisation, process optimisation, and talent development). * Professional Experience: You have several years of relevant experience in the areas of People & Culture and Learning & Development. * Strategic Foresight: You understand how culture and learning success contribute directly to corporate goals.
