We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion, visibility, and author engagement strategies for some of our portfolio of chemistry and life science academic journals. The products and services are based on the high-quality content of Thieme's 200 journals and 4,400 books. Department: Marketing * Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that grow manuscript submissions, readership, and citations. * Track KPIs including marketing channel performance, submission trends, conversion rates, downloads, and marketing attribution. * Support society relationships through reports, presentations, and marketing plans. * Optimize author outreach content, onboarding materials, submission guides, nurture emails, and workflow communications. * Proficiency with digital marketing tools (email automation, CRM, analytics, academic social networks).
