Role PurposeThe Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist ensures efficient general operations, supports corporate governance and compliance activities, provides comprehensive assistance to (Senior) Management, contributes to communication and public relations initiatives, delivers high‑level support for strategic and operational matters, coordinates day‑to‑day IT topics with external service partners to support stable and compliant IT operations, and demonstrates a high level of flexibility in taking on new challenges. Governance, Risk & Compliance - Compliance‑related activities, including monitoring deadlines, supporting internal audits, preparing audit documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. - Assist in tracking and documenting mandatory trainings, policy acknowledgements, and compliance certifications.
