Shape People and Organization Strategy: You advise on organizational design, culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession, reward and performance management, and capability and workforce planning, working closely with our People Centers of Excellence (CoEs). * Professional Background: Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) or in a comparable strategic HR role in a fast-paced, commercial environment, ideally within energy, commodities, or financial / trading businesses. * HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of core HR disciplines such as organizational design, talent and succession management, performance and reward, learning and development, and workforce planning.
