The Account Manager Medical South of Germany is responsible for the sales of our advanced medical solutions to public and private hospitals and clinics. * Key Account Management: Implement a comprehensive key account management strategy for selected medical accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships * Customer Needs Assessment: Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, providing transparent feedback to upper management and business units to refine strategies and offerings. Utilize Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools to implement daily work and standard management practices, particularly in funnel management and forecasting. * Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills in sales management, opportunity assessment, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
