                          Organization of operational procedures including credit process controls, credit analysis, risk and quality control, credit administration. * Responsible for organization, management process control and quality control of post-lending management including early warning procedures and related tasks. * Responsible for credit business review including internal credit limit, credit rating and implementation check of credit disbursement. * Cooperation with internal and external with regard to lending business. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field, CFA or FRM would be an advantage. * Business-fluent in English and German, ideally supplemented by another foreign language such as Chinese.
