As a (Senior) Analyst in Talent Acquisition & Media Analytics, you are working at the intersection of data, recruiting, and media strategy. * Measuring and evaluating digital employer branding campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels, using web analytics to assess channel contribution ANALYTICS & REPORTING * Owning end-to-end analytics across the candidate life cycle: pipeline tracking, funnel conversion, and channel effectiveness * Supporting the evolution of the analytics landscape: standardizing methodologies, improving tool coverage, and promoting data-first practices across the TA team * Degree in business administration, controlling, analytics, marketing, media management, or HR, or a comparable vocational qualification * Two to five years of hands-on experience in web analytics, marketing/HR reporting or controlling, ideally in an international, service-oriented environment
