Define and own ai-coustics' marketing strategy end to end: positioning, messaging, ICP, category narrative, and marketing plan tied to revenue and pipeline goals * Build, lead and develop the marketing team (currently Growth & Content Marketer, Video Specialist, plus agency partners) and shape the org as we scale * Set the content and editorial strategy across blog, case studies, technical guides, video, and thought leadership, ensuring everything is on-brand, technically credible, and built to perform * Strong product marketing instincts: you've led launches, sharpened positioning in noisy categories, and built sales enablement that closes deals * Excellent writer and editor; able to set the voice for the company and personally craft the highest-stakes narratives (launches, decks, exec briefings)
