Working closely with Service leadership, local site teams, field service teams, contractors, and the EMEA HSE organisation, you will coach frontline leaders, support high-risk work preparation, drive incident learning, ensure CAPA follow-up, and promote a strong safety culture across remote and smaller service locations. * Develop, roll out, and sustain Service Center Minimum Standards, including implementation checklists, evidence requirements, and regular follow-up routines. * Provide hands-on field support for pre-job preparation, critical control verification, coaching, and corrective action follow-up. * Demonstrated capability in high-risk work control, contractor interface management, incident investigation, root cause analysis, CAPA follow-up, and sustainable corrective action management.
