Contact person for our business in the design and implementation of innovative customer service solutions with SAP Service in our global SAP SAP S/4 HANA system. * Support the continuous integration between SAP (CS / S/4HANA Service) and SalesForce. * Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (CS). * Good understanding of SAP Service processes (Service orders, Notifications, Warranties, Repairs, Billing and related master data such as Equipments and installed base). * Initial or hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service is highly desirable. * Experience with SAP–Salesforce integration or comparable CRM integrations. * Very good process experience in Service, crossfunctional knowledge in depending on areas like SAP SD and MM. * Several years of experience in SAP application support and / or implementation projects.
