We are seeking a Sales Lead – Health Solutions to drive new business with health insurers (PKV & GKV), health platforms, and healthcare providers across Germany and Europe. * Own: Full-cycle B2B sales - prospecting, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close for health insurance and health solutions partners * Build: A structured sales pipeline and repeatable sales process (CRM discipline, deal stages, forecasting) from the ground up * Ship: Tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI models that resonate with healthcare decision-makers (medical directors, innovation leads, procurement) * Proven B2B sales experience in health insurance, healthtech, digital health, or healthcare services with a track record of closing complex, consultative deals * Deep understanding of the German health insurance landscape (PKV, GKV, §20 SGB V, selective contracts) or comparable healthcare buyer environments
