As a Retail Manager you are responsible for building and driving retail excellence across ZEISS partner retail formats within the ZEISS Business Partner Program. * Identify and build critical retail capabilities (e.g., store operations, training, sales, CRM), including standardized processes/tools, and contribute to the development of new formats and retail training programs with Brand, Training, and Commercial teams. * Define and monitor key retail KPIs, analyze store and concept performance, and derive insights to initiate improvement actions.
