The Global Partner Manager – DEVA Bearings is responsible for accelerating global revenue growth through the development, expansion, and performance management of DEVA's global and network. * 8–10+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, business development, or partner/channel management. This role builds trusted, long-term relationships with existing while aggressively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners aligned with DEVA's positioning as a provider of high-performance, maintenance-free, self-lubricating bearing solutions. * Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing global partners and distributors through regular reviews, cadence calls, and face-to-face engagement. * Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new partners and distributors aligned with DEVA Bearings' strategic markets and value proposition.
