As an IT Support & Media Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our technical ecosystem while bringing specialized audio-visual expertise to high-stakes events, leadership meetings, and daily operations. In this role, you'll combine hands-on IT support with media technology management. * Serve as the first point of contact for IT and internal communication tools, resolving hardware, software, and audio-visual issues across simple to intermediate complexity levels * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve advanced support issues * Availability to work on-campus full-time (from Monday to Friday) to provide immediate, hands-on technical and media support, * Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset, always putting the end-user experience first and ensuring colleagues feel supported
