The Manager Digital Manufacturing drives the digital transformation of manufacturing across all production sites by developing standards, implementing digital systems, and leading projects that improve productivity, quality, transparency, and efficiency. Develop standardized Industrial IT and OT architectures for production environments. Coordinate production-related IT infrastructure projects and digital asset management. Lead integration of ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs, machine interfaces, and production systems. Develop automation and digitalization concepts for production sites. Support Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, predictive maintenance, and quality control through digital solutions. Build strong partnerships with production, engineering, IT, and suppliers.
