Department: Human Resources As the TA Team Leader you will partner with client stakeholders to develop, communicate, and execute jointly on a strategic recruitment plan. * Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships throughout the assigned client groups, including site leadership, HRBPs, Compensation partners and TA leadership * Implements full recruiting lifecycle for assigned client(s), sets expectations around timing and the labor market, and provides exemplary collaborative and consultative services for business partners * Ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion, ability to organize, prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up on concurrent tasks and elevating issues or obtaining additional resources when necessary
