As the primary commercial contact for assigned Enterprise and Retail clients, the Client Success Manager (m/f/d) holds overall responsibility and accountability for these client accounts throughout their entire lifecycle with our company. The Client Success Manager (m/f/d) acts as the main point of contact for commercial and contractual matters, including contract renewals, cross- and up-selling, as well as general service and escalation management. * Several years' experience in sales, business relationship management, service management, or client success management within a technical services company (e.g., data centre services, telecommunications, or similar).
