Design and lead strategic HR initiatives to embed a strong performance culture across all our Business Service Team functions, aligning departmental and individual goals with business needs * Lead talent and performance calibration processes, partnering with function heads and line managers to prepare for and facilitate CDC discussions, ensuring consistent assessments of performance and potential, driving alignment on talent decisions, and documenting outcomes * Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR projects (e.g., competency framework design, engagement action planning, onboarding redesign, DE&I initiatives) * Build and maintain Excel-based tracking tools and dashboards for talent data, headcount, CDC outcomes, and performance trends * Translate data and insights into clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
