Sie führen ein interdisziplinäres Engineering-Team, das Automatisierungslösungen für messtechnische Anwendungen entwickelt und in Kundenprojekte überführt. * Sie entwickeln die Engineering-Organisation weiter, schaffen klare Rollen, Prozesse und Schnittstellen und nutzen Methoden wie modellbasiertes Systems Engineering, Simulation und virtuelle Inbetriebnahme, um Entwicklungsqualität und -geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen. * Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im interdisziplinären Engineering (Mechanik, Elektrik/PLC, Software) im Sondermaschinen- oder Anlagenbau und steuern Budget, Ressourcen und Portfolio-Prioritäten sicher.
