It is a data-first, execution-heavy growth role for someone who can move between analytics, experimentation, funnel design, campaign execution, and technical marketing infrastructure. You should be comfortable working directly with data rather than waiting for someone else to interpret it for you. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically comfortable and able to work well with engineering when something needs to be built or integrated. * What data do we need? * Work directly with data: query databases, build dashboards, analyze funnels, cohorts, attribution, CAC/LTV, and conversion performance. It is that you can understand a complex product, understand a highly analytical audience, run disciplined experiments, and use data to decide what we do next. * Strong data and analytical skills. * You should be able to query data yourself without relying on an analyst layer.
