You also oversee key HR processes, including case management and policy development, and work closely with HR Services, Legal, and Compliance to align practices, mitigate risks, and promote a fair, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture. You'll serve as a key advisor to employees, managers, and leadership, leading ER case management, resolving escalations, and driving policy and compliance alignment across the region.
