We're hiring a GTM Lead to work directly with our CCO Thies on the engine that drives Buena's growth: our M&A pipeline. By the end of year one, you'll be running outbound campaigns, managing working students, and feeding Thies and the deal team with the conversations that move the company forward. The engine is what turns it into deals: funnels from cold target to qualified conversation, automated email sequences, pipeline management, creative outbound campaigns. As the engine scales, you'll hire and manage working students to extend coverage, and work closely with our Lenz on campaign messaging that actually gets responses. Strong signal: You've built a real outbound or sourcing motion from scratch: a database, a campaign, a deal pipeline, or a recruiting funnel.
