Lead and expand relationships with existing customers, while identifying and closing substantial new business deals * Proactively scout, develop, and secure new B2B partnerships (brands, manufacturers, retailers) across the confectionery and chocolate sector * Drive internal excellence: develop and implement best practices, refine sales processes, and set elevated standards to support scalable growth * You have at least five years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the consumer goods, food, confectionery, or retail sector, with a track record of closing medium to large accounts and managing long sales cycles * Highly structured in your sales approach, backed by the ability to analyze clients' business needs, craft tailored proposals, and execute with precision * A key role in defining the growth from a startup to a multi-million-dollar business
