WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Product Growth Manager, you will be owning the intersection between our Product and Growth (Internationalization & Marketing) teams. Your responsibilities will mostly be to drive adoption of existing and new products by:
Developing the customer facing communication and launch strategy for new and existing products
Coordinating execution of launches across our global growth channels (paid marketing, press, engagement and own social media) across our 17 markets
Collaborating closely with the product management and operations team to funnel back customer insights
Driving data analysis to inform USP, communication, creative and budget decisions within the growth organization as well as tracking performance of campaigns
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high pace, analytical environment such as tier 1 consulting, investment banking or growth stage startups
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Being a power user of our App and excited about financial markets, banking and financial education
