As our new Expert Controlling (all genders), you will take ownership of defining and embedding standardized production controlling processes, ensuring robust and reliable product cost calculations, and translating complex production and cost data into meaningful insights for management. Shape the future of (production) controlling with us! Move beyond pure operational controlling and actively shape how production controlling is done across an international, producing organization. * Develop, harmonize, and implement KWS-wide guidelines and standards for production controlling, and continuously improve controlling processes in close collaboration with relevant business function * Work closely with Business Units, production/logistics, and controlling teams and provide guidance * Act as a trusted for local and global stakeholders in all production controlling matters
