As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f) for our local entities in France. You will act as a strategic to the business and your main goal will be the implementation and development of the global HR strategy at local level in our French locations. * You will be the first point of contact and interface between Hubs HR, GBO HR and the business – making sure that you support the business in all decision-making processes by providing the appropriate information, reports, and analysis - In addition, you play a key role growing our different business units by keeping track of Recruiting activities and you will ensure the transparent communication and support regarding (local) training needs. The position can be based in France at one of our sites (Mons‑en‑Pévèle, Roye, Champhol, or Buzet) or in Berlin, where our Global HR Team is located.
