As a Legal Counsel at Bitpanda, you will play a key role within the Broker Legal team, supporting a wide range of white label, product-related and regulatory initiatives across the Bitpanda Group. * Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including white-label agreements, terms and conditions, policies, and regulatory filings. * Enhance legal governance by developing internal processes, coordinating with and external , and supporting marketing, financial promotions, and vendor activities. * Experience: 2–3 years of post-graduate professional experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably within a regulated financial institution or fintech company. * Expertise: Sound understanding of financial products, digital platforms, and the legal frameworks governing crypto-assets, financial instruments and e-money.
