As part of our team, you will manage HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle. * HR Administration & (in-house) Payroll - o Lead and independently execute the monthly in-house payroll for locations across the DACH regionEnsure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax and labor regulationsManage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including employment documents, benefits (incl. shareholding), and time & attendance (T&A)Maintain and update files in accordance with GDPRManage correspondence with authorities, insurances and other external stakeholders - o Standardize, automate, and improve HR processes and systems - o Own and maintain HR systems, ensure up-to-date information - o Train employees and HR colleagues on HR systems * HR SSC Knowledge & Intranet Management - o Document and visualize HR processes to keep the HR Shared Service Center knowledge base updated
