We are looking for a Director of Finance Operations to lead the transformation of our global finance operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and the adoption of technology and data across the organization. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the function, with a clear mandate to streamline processes, strengthen governance, and continuously improve finance operations across countries and regions. * Solid understanding of finance operations, shared service models and global compliance standards (e.g. IFRS) Lead global finance operations and drive transformation at Elopak * Finance Operations Leadership: Lead and develop global finance operations, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality service delivery across regions and service hubs. * Technology & Transformation: Advance the use of technology, automation, and AI to enable smarter finance processes and decision-making.
