Coordination & Management: Oversee legal matters across the company, identify areas requiring action, and coordinate involvement of external law firms or subject-matter experts where appropriate. * Compliance & Governance: Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal policies, support compliance initiatives, and ensure adherence to applicable legal requirements. Govern general legal housekeeping of all legal entities. * Knowledge of managing external law firms or legal service providers, with a solid understanding of business and commercial contexts. We manage and offer our customers a young, modern fleet of more than 14,000 units. We offer a wide range of additional services related to GSE rental: consulting, maintenance, fleet management, training, and more. This role is responsible for overseeing all legal and risk matters within an organization.
