After Tenneco acquired Federal-Mogul in October 2018 and Öhlins Racing in January 2019, DRiV was united into a single Tenneco business division dedicated to Ride Performance and Motorparts. However, the roots of DRiV date back more than a century through the legacy of three great automotive companies – Tenneco, Federal-Mogul and Öhlins Racing.
