Im Profifu\u00dfball herrscht noch immer ein veraltetes Rollenbild. Das m\u00f6chten wir aufbrechen und damit auch im Sport zu einer Arbeitswelt beitragen, in der alle die gleichen Chancen haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire Behandlung f\u00e4ngt schon bei der Bezahlung an. Dass diese im Fu\u00dfball besonders unfair verteilt ist, wissen die meisten. Vergleicht man das Pro-Kopf-Preisgeld zwischen den deutschen Fu\u00dfballnationalmannschaften, wird deutlich, wie viel Handlungsbedarf es noch gibt. F\u00fcr den Gewinn der Europameisterschaft h\u00e4tten die M\u00e4nner 2021 eine Siegpr\u00e4mie von 400.000 \u20ac pro Spieler erhalten. Bei der Europameisterschaft der Frauen wurde 2022 um eine Siegpr\u00e4mie von 60.000 \u20ac je Spielerin gek\u00e4mpft \u2013 das macht einen Gehaltsunterschied von 85 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit unserem Engagement bei FC Viktoria Berlin setzen wir uns aktiv f\u00fcr die Gleichberechtigung beim Sport ein. Sie m\u00f6chte \u201eden Fu\u00dfball in Deutschland nachhaltig ver\u00e4ndern und das Team in die 1. Bundesliga f\u00fchren\u201c. StepStone unterst\u00fctzt dieses Projekt \u2013 als Hauptsponsor und stolzer Partner vom FC Viktoria. Denn Profifu\u00dfball ist nicht nur eine Leidenschaft, sondern vor allem eins: ein Job.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser wird allerdings bei Frauen bislang ganz anders behandelt als bei den m\u00e4nnlichen Kollegen. Er fristet ein Nischendasein \u2013 f\u00fcr die meisten Spielerinnen ist der Sport ein Nebenjob, in dem die gezahlten Geh\u00e4lter nicht zum Leben reichen. Gleichzeitig verdienen die M\u00e4nner im Profifu\u00dfball seit vielen Jahren Millionengeh\u00e4lter. Mit der Partnerschaft zwischen dem FC Viktoria Berlin und StepStone wollen wir helfen, endlich Ver\u00e4nderungen im Profisport anzusto\u00dfen. Veraltete Rollenverst\u00e4ndnisse und Klischees, die sich \u00fcber den Profifu\u00dfball hinaus auch nach wie vor in vielen Teilen unserer Gesellschaft hartn\u00e4ckig halten, geh\u00f6ren aufgebrochen. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben StepStone hat das Berliner Team weiteren Support hinzugewonnen: Franziska van Almsick verst\u00e4rkt den Aufsichtsrat und unglaubliche 87 Investorinnen brachten das n\u00f6tige Kapital ein. Neben van Almsick finden sich unter den Geldgeberinnen weitere prominente Namen wie Maria H\u00f6fl-Riesch, Carolin Kebekus, Nikeata Thompson, Dunja Hayali und Lea-Sophie Cramer. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dass alle Beteiligten auch wirtschaftlich an das Projekt glauben, bringt Comedienne Carolin Kebekus auf den Punkt: \u201eIch unterst\u00fctze das FC-Viktoria-Berlin-Frauenteam nicht nur, weil ich dazu beitragen m\u00f6chte, dass Frauensport mehr Anerkennung und Wertsch\u00e4tzung entgegengebracht wird.
