About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a committed and motivated (Senior) Technical Project Manager in Rosenheim, Germany. In this role you will drive our Antenna development projects and programs across the whole process from first planning and requirements via concepts and prototypes until industrialization. You will ensure our development projects have the right scope, are in time and meet all quality and cost targets.

Our focus is on lean and agile ways of working. We work in cross-functional development teams where diversity, knowledge sharing and collaboration create true innovation.

These interesting tasks and activities await you:

Structuring, planning, monitoring and controlling of complex organizational and technical projects in a national as well as international environment
Achieving the project cost, quality and schedule goals
Technical management, coordination and synchronization of the sub-project managers in the diverse sub-projects
Being the first contact person and representative of the project and making decisions as the first escalation level
Collaborating with the relevant company and project committees on a regular basis
Flow optimization, knowledge transfer and learning

You bring the following knowledge and experience:

An engineering background with solid experience as a technical lead, system architect, or technical project/program manager
Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and resourcefulness
Solid strategic thinking and deep-dive capabilities
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, solution-oriented and hands-on working method
Excellent communications skills, be it at executive level or discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers
Ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations
Demonstrated ability in managing complex product development projects throughout their complete lifecycle is highly desirable
Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
Business level English required, proficiency in German is a plus
Previous work experience in Telecommunications will be considered a plus
