Are you passionate about driving the success of a cutting-edge SaaS product? We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities

As the Product Owner, you will take ownership of our SaaS product, ensuring its development, enhancement, and successful delivery to our customers.

Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the SaaS product, including defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and analyze product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs and expectations.
Product Planning: Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog, prioritize features, and establish product milestones. Regularly update the backlog based on changing priorities and market demands.
Scrum Methodology: Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum methodology and work closely with Agile development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product increments in iterative cycles.
Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners to understand their perspectives and gather valuable feedback to improve the product.
Product Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Release Management: Coordinate product releases, ensuring smooth deployments and monitoring post-release performance and customer feedback.
Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

If you have a strong background in product management, exceptional English skills, and a deep understanding of Scrum methodology, we’d love to hear from you!

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with international teams and customers.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile principles, with the ability to apply them in product development and delivery.
Proven experience working with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to deliver successful products that meet market needs.
Experience in defining and implementing product milestones and delivering projects on schedule.
Team management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
A product owner certification (e.g., CSPO – Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Your language skills

Advanced level English in speaking, reading and writing
Fluency in German is a plus
