Before we talk more about you, let’s start with us - the People Experience team. Why do we exist and who are we?
At Zenjob we think it’s crucial to create an outstanding experience for our Zennies. Why? Because we think this is what helps us to win over great people who we would love to work with, to enable them to do their best work and to bring so much fun to their work that they wouldn’t want to leave us. We create these experiences for over 250 Zennies across 6 cities in Germany and the Netherlands.
Sound’s ambitious? Yes, it is - but here is who we are and how we do this: Decidedly, we’re not an HR team. We’re not managing resources. We’re here to support our fellow Zennies and do our best to look after them, so that they have everything they need to build great things with the rest of us. We’re split into three teams to make this work: Workplace (your team), People Support and People & Organisational Growth.
Our Workplace team (otherwise known as Office Management) brings our company culture to life by designing and running safe and fun offices as well as remote working. The team also fosters wellbeing and brings everyone together in events and other formats that have or will become Zenjob traditions. As the Workplace Lead and together with our two great Office Managers, you’re both the heart of the company and the first face that our office visitors (employees and other stakeholders) get to see. This is a great responsibility and we’re looking for someone who is up for the challenge!
