The Allianz CEE regional office is responsible for strategic development, planning and leadership of Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) in Central and Eastern Europe. You would be working with the regional HR team, which works closely together with the regional leadership team, Group HR, and the individual local CEE HR teams to ensure a diverse, highly skilled, and productive workforce capable of successfully implementing the new business strategy. This covers all tasks related to talent management, learning, engagement, mobility, reward & performance, and diversity & inclusion.
