Taking care of our channels including user management and content orchestration
Support on content creation (texting, visualization and digitization) for our various people development topics and projects
Support organizing engagement activities (e.g. for talents, Top100 leadership program) including communication and marketing of these activities
New design and creation of content/channels (e.g. talent platform)
Support the team on meetings and ways of working, incl. our Kanban Board and weekly planning
You are enrolled in a relevant field of study (Economics, Communications, HR) with technical focus/add on (e.g. IT, digital media)
Ideally, you have already supported communication and conceptualization projects in the field of people development and upskilling in an international, matrix structured company
You are technically savvy and enjoy trying out new applications
You have knowledge on different ways of working (e.g. agile/Scrum)
You are business fluent in German and English
Knowledge on central platforms and applications, e.g. MS Teams, Connect, O365 is a plus
