The Publisher Success team is responsible for maximizing publisher activation and satisfaction within the network. As a member of the Publisher Success team, your main responsibility will be to provide assistance on both administrative and operational duties and responsibilities within the team. You will gain exposure to our publisher activities on an international scale and learn some of the best practices of the industry.
- Be the first-line support in publisher inquiries using the ticketing system where you will: answer low-level publisher inquiries, assign and/or escalate issues to the second or third-level level support
- Identify inactive publishers and assist in the activation process
- Deliver training materials and reports to publishers when requested
- Provide support to senior team members in ongoing projects or ad-hoc tasks when required
- Manage maintenance of support tickets and accounts in Salesforce
