As a Vendor Manager for the Customer Experience Team you will be responsible for the operational steering of the Payments vendor and its strategic development. You will be monitoring and setting up KPIs and defining SLAs.
You will be working closely with the Vendor itself, as well as with the Vendor Specialist, the Case Management team and other stakeholders, such as Customer Care or different tech teams.
