UX Designer (m/f/d) Investment Advice Platform in Frankfurt
Today’s world of investment is often perceived as too complex and risky for many, except a wealthy few. At ING, we want to change that. We intend to democratize investment advice and create a new way for our customers to manage their savings. Our goal is to provide accessible and best-value money solutions for everybody by creating a new global advice platform. As we aim for the top spot in European investment solutions, we need the best and brightest to join our international agile project team.
Your squad’s mission is to engage customers in and attract them to our new global advice platform and therein to ensure consistency, conversion and satisfaction from start to finish. Together with the “Customer Journey Experts” (Product Developers, Marketing Experts, etc.), you will define the overall architecture of the customer’s digital or assisted journey. In detail, you will conceptualize, design and beta-test the interactions across the advice journey. Cooperating with the marketing expert, you will define customer touchpoints in- and outside of the website, on- and offline to engage our customers into the advice journey.
