For our global Blades Engineering department in Aalborg we are currently looking for a committed and motivated Team Lead for our composite casting team. You will be leading a global team of Process- and Tooling Engineers, Technical Project Managers and Technical Writers working on developing new and optimizing existing processes within blades manufacturing in general and composite casting technologies specifically.
In this role you will have the opportunity to Lead a team of highly skilled and diverse employees and contribute to the casting of our blades. You will actively develop your team and ensure that the right competencies and skills are available both now and in the future. This will involve coaching, sparring, recruiting, one-to-one dialogues, FLOW (MUS), continuous feedback etc. In addition, you will be doing competence mapping and creating development plans for each individual team member and the team as a whole. On a broader scale you will develop strategies, methods, processes, tools and plans for future composite casting technologies and have the strategic overview for process and tooling development and your casting technology roadmap.
We imagine that you hold a degree in mechanical engineering, composite engineering, chemical engineering material sciences or similar. It is important that you have a proven track record in successful people management. To succeed in the role, you will need
