As a Team Leader Customer Care at Vistaprint you will provide leadership to a diversified team of customer service professionals, thus putting them in a position to continuously deliver first-class service to Vistaprint customers. You will drive the continuous development of your team into a high performing team and be your team members’ trusted partner in stimulating their personal professional development.
First, we will get to know each other in a 20-minute conversation via phone or video. If this goes well, we will meet you personally in our office for a more comprehensive interview, a tour through our site and the opportunity to meet your prospective team leader and colleagues.
