To support our continuous growth in Service Business Unit (within Innovation & Products Function) we are currently looking for a new Marketing Team Lead. You will need to drive globally the marketing of new and existing products & solutions supporting our regional sales teams while being team lead of 4 dedicated marketing resources and 1 marketing student worker.
Being the voice of the customers into the organization, with a very good understanding of markets and competitors offering, you will be a key stakeholder of the product development & commercialization processes, making sure that solutions fit perfectly markets & customers’ needs.
As a marketeer you will be responsible for the entire portfolio of the service business unit globally, you guarantee the delivery of marketing plans & products’ launches or repositioning, in accordance with company strategy.
You will ensure delivery for corporate customers’ satisfaction and loyalty programs, you ensure analyzing customers’ feedback, in coordination with onshore and offshore business units.
Holding this corporate function, you will have to coordinate actions across our 5 regions, managing indirectly internal stakeholders and speaking to customers during fairs & events. You should expect approximately 30-40 travelling days per year.
The position is based in Global Sales & Marketing and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Sales Excellence. You will lead a team of highly dedicated individuals working in Pamplona (Spain) and Brande (Denmark).
