Team Lead HR Operations (m/f/d) – Germany
As part of our strategic HR team expansion we are looking for a cooperative leadership personality with a strong HR Operations background. This role has both an operational and a strategic component and is key in shaping and driving our German HR Operations agenda and ensuring service-oriented and professional HR Operations.
Your role:
- Lead the HR Operations Team in close cooperation with our Head of HR Germany
- Ensure the compliance with all federal and local labor law regulations
- Lead labor law related processes
- Act as sparring partner for our internal stakeholders (Partners and Department Heads)
- Ensure efficient and service-oriented HR processes
- Develop and maintain high quality HR Operations standards
- Identify need for improvement and be a driver of change
- Foster the development of each team member through on-the-job coaching and cooperative leadership
Your profile:
- University or business school graduate with degree in business, HRM, Organizational Psychology or equivalent
- 8+ years relevant work experience, ideally in an international environment
- Thorough knowledge of local labor law: understanding of legal requirements at execution level
- Ability to collaborate in matrix teams, convince and strongly influence results
- A ´hands-on mentality´
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and German
