This position is within Harman Automotive Division. In this position you will be part of a global team, who will design and develop features and functions for ADAS products. These features will support NCAP guidelines, surround view, park assist as well as driver monitoring and augmented reality. This role is a key position to coordinate efforts across different product development lines and overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals. You will be embedded within Harmans ADAS Systems Engineering group leading the overall development “heart beat” with strong focus to strategy and implementation ensuring an upward trajectory of success. 

What You Will Do

• You are the servant leader to define, implement and execute the BU ADAS software platform development “heart beat”
• You will work closely with product management and product owners and other stakeholder to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
• You will strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• You will establish and communicate timeline for iterations and program increments (PI) by facilitating PI Planning event and process which breaks down the vision towards roadmap and backlogs through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events 
• Transition from prototyping to production incl. Ramp-up 
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives by introducing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Manage and optimize the flow of value using various tools (Jira, Confluence, DNG, ALM)
• Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops
• Escalate and track impediments
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, performance and risk assessments
• Develops and executes timing, budget and resource plans
