The Supply Planner reports directly to the Country Group Supply Leader, within the Supply Chain function. The associate is responsible for linking demand with manufacturing capabilities, ensuring customer satisfaction while optimizing operational performance and Inventory level within the assigned Plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• To find the right balance between sales demand and Plants production capacity, while respecting manufacturing & technical constraints and providing an update Scheduling for 36 Months.
• Highlight any imbalances by listing clearly Risk & Opportunity to optimize plant capacity and drive correct action between Sales & Operations.
• To Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders ( Sales/Plant/Operations) and address input gaps to improve the supply balance.
• To define production scheduling of assigned Plants in order to ensure availability of finished goods to meet Customers demand with available production capacity ( Lines Fill & On-Time)
• To Drive Inventory level of the assigned Plants as part of cash targets by ensuring an adequate level of flexibility of production scheduling to meet lower cost of delivery, optimized assets utilizations and fulfilled customer demand.
• Align 6 weeks planning following ALL constraints with Sales & Plants (Mould availability, Job change constraints, Maintenance, bank holidays).
• Manage Changes within this 6 Weeks Horizon in alignment with Plants & Sales and Trigger an Arbitration process if needed.
• Lead Supply capability review to contribute to the Country Group Supply Review.
• Responsible for SNP /PPDS output for 36 Months by updating Maintenance, Color Calendar, Planning parameter, Master data creation / Update.
• To Work with various cross-functional teams on specific projects for their plants.
• Coordinate and Follow up when Mix Change for the plants and cascading effect for Planning (New Product Development/ Transfer/ Trials / Sampling/ Packaging)
• Follow up with the plant for Mould availability
