The Department As part of our newly launched 5-year strategy, we have identified key strategic projects that will be directly anchored with the German Management Team in the Region Germany Strategy Office. The team is responsible for uncovering new possibilities across therapy areas, shaping strategic choices including investment plans in collaboration with our cross-functional project teams, measuring and evaluating strategy, supporting commercial execution and communicating our strategic vision into the organisation.
Your tasks
As part of our Strategy Office, you will be responsible for actively driving and supporting multiple strategic projects across Region Germany – from concept to implementation and follow-up. Your focus will be on the development of our digital strategy. Developing our digital strategy involves the active shaping of our digital customer engagement ambition, ensuring a “one voice” communication to our customers. It also involves integrating our online and offline channels for a seamless customer experience.
Additionally, you will be a key driver in keeping up to date digital health and health-tech trends in our external environment across the healthcare value chain, evaluate the business potential and Novo Nordisk’s role in these trends, and ultimately develop recommendations for our Management Team on which trends to passively monitor, actively participate in, or even fully own. This means you are also the key ambassador for living and communicating the digital and commercial innovation vision of Novo Nordisk Germany.
In close collaboration with our cross-functional project teams, you will identify, analyse, implement and track relevant business development and expansion strategy projects as part of the digital strategy you develop.
Your profile
You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar subject. A Master’s degree with focus on digital marketing or innovation is preferred.
You have gained first professional experience with a strong track record in project management, complex and time-sensitive projects. Ideally you also have professional experience in a commercial function in the pharmaceutical industry within digital project management, digital advertising or digital marketing.
Strong analytical abilities and a mind-set for solving complex problems are your assets. You work independently and self-confidently, are strong in execution without losing focus even in high-stress situations. You are a good networker with positive can-do attitude. You know how to articulate your vision to line of business, your peers and senior management. As a proficient communicator, you can provide clear and continuous updates on the development of projects. You are taking initiative and are actively driving recommendations for our business.
Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way and you are fluent in both written and spoken English. German is of advantage.
