What you will do

Have the leading responsibility as system architect for functionality & performance of the final product
Develop and implement new products and technology concepts as system architect
Support the definition of test concept and test structures for technology characterization
Work together with simulations, layout and manufacturing teams
Ensure the process integration of the full manufacturing route
Co-operate with internal and external development and production partners
Work in an engaged multi-cultural team with a global footprint

What you will need

University degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated working experience in industrial semiconductor R&D or technology, preferably power semiconductors or diodes
Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
Fluency in English, conversational German is desirable
Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
Willingness to travel occasionally
