We are looking for you as an Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d).
Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Sourcing Business Partner to drive our antenna development. You will be the sourcing representative within our antenna project team, and you shall actively engage and secure sourcing contribution in R&D projects and product management activities through early participation, engagement and close collaboration.
You ‘ll take over sourcing related responsibilities by endorsing sourcing strategies, manage stakeholder business needs and manage sourcing assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Drive, lead and coordinate new sourcing parts and activities in product development projects
- Forward-looking identification of risks or deviations in the sourcing work packages, definition and agreement of countermeasures and monitoring of the binding implementation of these measures
- Secure execution of sourcing strategies in projects
- Secure usage of preferred suppliers and preferred parts
- Secure commercial agreement coverage of material and components in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing Managers
- Follow up of project specific sourcing KPI’s and drive towards successful fulfillment
- Support cost management and value contribution optimization
- Collaborate with R&D and Supply to prepare for NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Secure compliance with the processes agreed upon in the project and within Ericsson
Key Qualifikation:
- Completed studies of Business Administration and Engineering or comparable education
- Professional experience > 3 years
- Commercial and technical acumen and skills
- Sourcing practice, process & strategy knowledge
- Basic knowledge and experience for SAP application
- Medium knowledge and experience for MS Office applications
- Competence for cost-optimization related measures
- Excellent team spirit and communication skills
- Open-minded, all-hands mentality and flexibility
- Fluent german and english language skills
