Software Project Manager / Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Your Job:
- You work in our cross-functional development team and support the implementation of modern web applications and software products.
- You work very closely with Product Management, Operations and Marketing in order to help Product Owners to maintain their backlog.
- You moderate team sprints with regular standups, reviews and retrospective-meetings (incl. conflict management) and work as enabler and facilitator.
- You help to streamline development processes, optimize agile practices and support developers, if necessary.
- Review of work results and development output of the development team to ensure team performance.
- Transparent and consistent communication of project scope and goals with all project stakeholders.
- You evaluate the project progress and success in alignment with the requirements from our software development and corporate strategy.
Your Background:
- Successfully completed studies in Informatics or related field.
- Experience and very good knowledge in project management and agile development processes like Scrum and Kanban (2 years in scrum master or pm role); scrum or project management certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and change management skills with great problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in project planning, documentation and project status reportings.
- Extensive software development experience, practical knowledge in the E-Commerce industry is a plus.
- Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken (fluency in German is a big plus).
- You are organized, process-driven and results-oriented.
- You have experience in leading software development teams on an international level and enjoy working in and being part of projects with virtual/multicultural teams.
